My Views on PE in schools:

I strongly believe that every child should have access to a world class physical education experience. Through careful planning and some creativity, PE is definitely the best platform for character development  to inculcate values and skills such as communication, leadership, responsibility, integrity, resilience and teamwork.

My Personal Mission as a PE Teacher:

My goal as a PE teacher is to use sports and games as a medium to nurture children holistically and equip them with the skills, knowledge and dispositions to pursue physical activities long after they exit the education system. In order to groom 21st century learners, it is important that PE teachers continue to seek more effective pedagogies to teach PE. As such, I strongly believe in life-long learning and the importance of professional development and sharing.
